The core of the service is the same hands-off property management that our full management clients already rely on: marketing, tenant sourcing, referencing, rent collection, inspections, maintenance, and legal compliance. Full management plus adds a rent guarantee and legal expenses cover on top, protecting your income and shielding you from the costs of resolving disputes.

Rent guarantee

If your tenant stops paying rent, we continue to pay you. The rent guarantee covers your monthly income for a defined period while we work to resolve the situation, so a tenant's financial difficulties don't become yours. You continue to receive your rental income on time, even when the tenant doesn't pay us.

Legal expenses cover

Evicting a tenant who won't pay or who breaches the terms of their tenancy can involve significant legal costs.
